Fritz Baehr –
I am an Architect
registered to practice architecture in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 1983 and the
State of Ohio since 2001. I graduated from Franklin Regional High School in Murrysville, Pa. I hold a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of
Architecture from North Dakota State University,
graduating in 1978. My work experience
in the field consists primarily of Single Family detached residences,
Residential Remodeling, Multi Family Residences, Commercial Buildings and related Space Planning, Medical Offices, Restaurants, and Light Industrial
buildings.
During the course of
my career, I have been involved in numerous projects, throughout the North
Hills and Western Pennsylvania. Projects that range from Room Additions, home
reorganizations, to several large multi- family residential projects I have designed nearly a hundred
single-family residences ranging in value. I have worked on numerous
Commercial, Medical, and Industrial Projects for Developers and individual
business clients.
Aaron Catchen-
I am an Architect registered
in the state of Wyoming and in the process of
obtaining my reciprocal license in the state of Pennsylvania. I attended the Pennsylvania State University graduating
with a Bachelor of Architecture in 2000.
After graduating I lived in Jackson,
Wyoming for seven years working
for Prestrud Architect pc and most recently Stephen Dynia Architects pc. In October of 2006 I joined FJ Baehr –
Architects.
Erika Tardio –
I have been an architectural draftsman since the summer of
1981. I graduated from Gateway High School in Monroeville, PA and entered the Art Institute of
Pittsburgh in 1977. I graduated with an
Associates Degree in Specialized Technology in 1979. I joined a North Hills firm in 1981 which
included Fritz as a principal partner.
That partnership ended in 1985 and at that point I went on with one of
the other partners to continue to draft in Multi Family developments and high
end Single Family Housing. In 1996 I
left that firm and came back on board with Fritz where my drafting career has
continued with multiple projects including, Single Family homes, Residential
Remodeling, Multi Family Residences, Commercial Buildings, and Tenant Layouts.
Leo Cancilla –
I have been working for
Fritz since May of 2005 when I started my drafting career. In the spring of 2002 I graduated from Butler High
School.
Then in 2004 I graduated from Butler County Community
College with an Associates Degree in Architecture
with Cad. When Fritz hired me, I had no
experience in the drafting world, but had a lot of in field experience
installing roofing systems, HVAC systems, concrete sidewalks and rough
framing. Since I have come on board, I
have worked on single family houses, multi-family housing, tenant spaces,
office buildings, and miscellaneous other commercial projects.
