Located in Western Pennsylvania, twelve miles north of downtown Pittsburgh, FJ Baehr Architects, LLC has been working with builders, developers, and private owners as a company since 1994. Fritz’s work experience in the Pittsburgh area dates back to 1978 when he returned from North Dakota State University following the completion of his architecture degree. As a company, we pride ourselves in designing and developing projects that fulfill the needs, desires, & budget of the clients. Our firm has and continues to develop residential and commercial projects of all types and sizes including: single & multi-family residences, commercial & industrial buildings, tenant build outs, financial institutions, daycare facilities, restaurants, & medical facilities.

As a Company

In 1978, Fritz returned to Pittsburgh from North Dakota State University following the completion of his architecture degree.In 1983, he became a Registered Architect in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; he is also registered in the state of Ohio. In 1994 Fritz started his own firm FJ Baehr Architect. In 2006 Angela Baehr and Aaron Catchen moved from Jackson, Wyoming to join Fritz and become FJ Baehr Architects, LLC.Since its inception, FJ Baehr Architects continued goal has been to develop and design projects of all sizes and types that fulfill the needs, desires, and budgets of our clients.
